Charlotte’s new recycling program rolls out next week – CharlotteObserver.com

Charlotte’s new recycling program allows more items to be recycled, and a biweekly pickup schedule, based on the color of your recycling bin.  Orange bins will be collected beginning the first week in July, and green bins will be collected the following week.

Charlotte-area unemployment drops to 10.9% – Charlotte Business Journal

While the Mecklenburg-county unemployment rate rose .1%, many other counties posted falling unemployment rates, bringing the Charlotte-metro-area unemployment rate down to 10.9%, in May, from 11.2% in April.

Amazon fights North Carolina demand for customer records
